Powerlifting Heads-Up

I made a carriage from 2x4's and bolted a wheel through each end to stop bind and sway, and looped a cable through a center block.

I bored a pipe through a top plate and ran the cable through and double clamped it with a thimble on the top end. You hook the cable run from the pulleys to this carriage after loading plates on the pipe/top plate.
