Reverse Hyper on Rack...
This is just a simple frame made from 2x4's.
The length depends on how wide your rack is.
As for width, I made mine about a foot wide.
Construction is quite simple.
Just lay the 2x4's side by side at the chosen width.
Screw a plank of 3/4 inch plywood the same approximate width and length
onto the top edges of the 2x4's.
I added the small 2x2's at the ends to sturdy the frame.
